Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance of HVAC systems, with a focus on heating.
• Equipment Maintenance: Carry out maintenance and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
• Interventions: Work on heat production and distribution systems, boilers, heat pumps, hydraulic networks, ventilation equipment, and associated systems.
• Diagnostics: Diagnose system failures and malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Operational Adjustments: Perform necessary adjustments, start-ups, and checks for proper equipment operation.
• Compliance: Ensure maintenance operations adhere to manufacturer recommendations and maintenance schedules.
• Equipment Availability: Guarantee the availability and proper functioning of technical equipment.
• Traceability: Verify the absence of anomalies when recommissioning systems after intervention.
• Technical Liaison: Serve as the technical contact for subcontractors working on the site.
• Planning and Reporting: Adhere to the annual maintenance schedule and intervention deadlines.
• Quality and Safety: Apply quality procedures, safety rules, and traceability requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare intervention reports and provide regular updates on system status.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of installations and propose actions to optimize their operation.
• User Guidance: Advise users on the optimal operation of equipment.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Climate Engineering, Energy, Energy Systems Maintenance, or equivalent (Bac Pro to Bac+2).
• Experience: Ideally, at least 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a focus on heating, in an industrial or tertiary environment.
• Skills: Strong competencies in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Diagnostics: Comfortable with diagnosing faults and identifying malfunctions in technical installations.
• Additional Knowledge: Knowledge in ventilation, climatization, and/or cold systems is appreciated for versatility in HVAC installations.
• Capacity: Ability to work on medium to high-power installations.
• Hydraulic Systems: Knowledge of hydraulic systems and heat production equipment is an asset.
