About Your Future Role

Aleda, a subsidiary of the FDJ UNITED Group since 2022, is a key player in the sector of secure electronic transactions and innovative payment systems, reinforcing the Group's ambition to become the leading local cash collection and payment network in France.

ALEDA has been supporting merchants for over 30 years by offering a wide range of solutions that cover all the needs of local businesses (cash register systems and software, POS terminals, secure platforms…) for distributing financial products and services to end consumers (mobile telephony, electronic money, money transfer…).

In the context of increasing activity, we are looking for our future Helpdesk Technician in CDI in Bordeaux.

Responsibilities

• You will take calls, gather needs, qualify and resolve requests and level 2 incidents escalated by the level 1 service, relying on existing procedures.
• You will install, configure and remotely troubleshoot hardware and software.
• You will occasionally intervene on servers or the customer database network in liaison with N3 technicians.
• You will analyze the quality of services provided to users and technological choices to better respond to them.
• You will ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• You have perfect oral fluency and good written expression.
• You have several years of experience in technical customer support and have an aptitude for IT.
• You demonstrate autonomy and proactivity.
• You are recognized for your rigor and analytical ability.
