About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Digital Product Manager for our Mobilfunk DSL & Handy team in Köln, Germany, focusing on innovative product development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop digital products
• Utilize agile methods and tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Leverage knowledge of artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and AI-supported product development
• Create visually appealing and functional product designs
• Analyze and strategize product development
• Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders

Requirements

• Education: A very well completed degree in Business Administration/Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Human-Machine Interaction, Economic Psychology, or similar
• Experience: Initial professional experience in product management/as a product owner or in an equivalent analytical role
• Agile Methods: Familiarity with agile methods and tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Artificial Intelligence: Fascination with new technologies such as artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and AI-supported product development – ideally, you have already used some tools yourself
• Design Skills: A good eye for graphically harmonious and functional designs. Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, UXPin, or Sketch is advantageous
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: A pronounced conceptual understanding, solution orientation, and a high quality standard characterize you
• Drive and Communication: In a dynamic environment, you keep track, work in a structured manner, and actively contribute to the team
• Hands-on Mentality: You have a pronounced intrinsic motivation and willingness to engage
• Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English in speech and writing
