About the Position

We are seeking a Technology Consultant to join our team and provide expert advice on SAP HCM time management. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP HCM and experience with German laws and regulations.

• Consulting in the field of time management for the regions DE including German laws and regulations
• Customizing in the area of time management
• Schemes and rules in the area of time management
  • Analysis consulting
  • Customization and editing
  • Creation of new schemes and rules
• Enhancement of infotypes
• Modifications adaptations of customizing tables
• Working time models
  • Creating new working time models
  • Adjusting existing working time models
  • Transfers in schemas and rules
• Work schedules
  • Create new work schedules
  • Adjust existing work schedules
  • Transfers in schemes and rules
• Presence absence and quotas including rules
  • Analysis and consulting
  • New installation new creation
  • Adaptation of existing implementations
• PTMW and time sheet
  • Analysis and consulting
  • Customizings of PTMW and time sheet
• Integration to Payroll
  • Analysis consulting
  • Check premium logic
  • Change premium logic
  • Introduce new premium logic
  • Analysis editing introduction of time management wage types

Requirements

• Must have Skills

  • Schemes and Rules for time management in SAP HCM
  • Working time models
  • Work schedules
  • PTMW and time sheet
  • Integration to Payroll
  • Basic knowledge for PA and OM

• Nice to have Skills

  • Experience with installing Support Packs
  • ABAP programming in the area of time management
  • Knowledge for time management in SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge for dependencies of time management and HR Portal ESS MSS
  • Consulting in the field of time management for the regions FR CH DK
  • Knowledge about payroll in SAP HCM
  • BCOMM HCM from dormakaba for time terminals
