Profile of the Employee

• Education: Higher education in telecommunications or computer science
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working for clients in the telecommunications sector
• Knowledge and Experience: Practical knowledge and experience in gathering, systematizing, and prioritizing client requirements
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of telecommunications network architecture (e.g., IP Transmission, RAN, DWDM - Fibre Optics, Fixed Access) and integration protocols (e.g., SNMP, REST, CLI)
• Language: Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (necessary due to daily cooperation with a foreign client)
• Skills: Ability to creatively solve problems, analytical thinking, and ease of conveying technical knowledge in an accessible way
• Readiness: Willingness for occasional foreign delegations to client headquarters
• Tools: Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to optimize analytical work, create documentation, and solve problems
• Additional Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation for designing and documenting processes and IT systems
  • Architecture and specifics of leading telecommunications equipment suppliers (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson) supported by industry certifications

Responsibilities

• Analysis and Translation of Requirements: Collecting and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional/user specifications (use cases), and explaining the business purpose of implemented functionalities to the development team
• Workshops and Consultations: Conducting workshops, technical consultations, and tests with domain experts from internal and external clients
• Solution Design: Designing new modules and solutions in enterprise-class systems (OSS area) using network and integration protocols
• Support for the Team and Product Owner: Close collaboration with developers (helping them understand business needs) and supporting the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Testing and Quality: Preparing test scenarios (test cases) and conducting integration tests in collaboration with the client
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining high-quality analytical and technical documentation
