We are seeking relief workers and permanent staff for our services in Aberia Omsorg & Assistanse South-East. With us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference for individuals who need support, care, and predictability in their daily lives.

Responsibilities
As an environmental therapist, you will be an important support person in the residents' daily lives. You will help create structure, security, and development through targeted environmental work and close follow-up. The work involves practical assistance, relationship building, and facilitating mastery in daily life.
Your tasks may include:
- Assisting with practical tasks such as cooking, housework, and organizing daily life
- Conducting environmental therapeutic conversations, observations, mapping, and documentation
- Facilitating activities and social training in the immediate environment
- Collaborating with relatives, school, healthcare personnel, and other relevant authorities
- Providing follow-up and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, often within services decided under chapter 9
In our healthcare and care services, we work in long shifts with day, evening, and night watches. We are looking for engaged employees who want to contribute to safe, stable, and high-quality services for our residents.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with relevant education such as:
- Nurse
- Caregiver
- Child Welfare Educator
- Social Worker
- Special Education Teacher
- Occupational Therapist
In addition, we believe you:
- Are safe, caring, and good at building relationships
- Thrive in a varied work environment that can sometimes be challenging
- Have good communication skills, self-awareness, and the ability to work independently
- Are flexible and have the capacity to work as a relief worker
- Motivated by contributing to good services and positive experiences for others
