Trainee Controlling/ Mathematik - Lebensversicherung (m/w/d)

About the Role:
Join our 18-month trainee program for graduates and build your future in our company. You will work independently on projects and receive professional guidance. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to network within the company and be both challenged and supported. You will also have the chance to explore various departments of the company during the program.

Responsibilities

• Engage in different departments within the company.
• Contribute to corporate controlling, develop controlling instruments, participate in the creation of company planning, and support reporting.
• Validate actuarial assumptions and models for plausibility, collaborate closely with actuaries and asset management, and help integrate technical questions into controlling processes.
• Process inquiries and analyses, present results transparently, and act as an impetus for entrepreneurial (top-) management decisions.

Requirements

• Master's degree, ideally in (Economic) Mathematics, (Economic) Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Trained actuary (DAV) or motivation to obtain this additional training - and the best part: We cover all costs for this training and release you for seminars and exams!
• Ideally, you already possess insurance knowledge in life insurance.
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications and strong IT affinity (e.g., working with databases, DWH structures, SQL).
• Strong communication skills and high self-motivation, along with a structured and independent working style.
• Confident and fluent communication in German (at least C1 level).
