In our 18-month trainee program, you will get to know Deka, your department, and important interfaces comprehensively and actively shape your professional and personal development. Responsibilities

• Kryptoverwahrung: Accompany the expansion of the financial service crypto custody at DekaBank and bring your ideas into a growing, supportive team.
• Practical Application: Learn about central processes such as on-chain transactions, deliveries, and compliance analyses as part of the trainee program and apply your knowledge directly in practice.
• Responsibility: Take on independent tasks early on after thorough training and develop processes together with the team.
• Varied Projects: Work on diverse projects around digital assets and crypto custody and actively shape the digital transformation of the financial world.
• Network & Development: Get to know different areas, establish valuable contacts with experts, and continuously develop professionally and personally.

Requirements

• A successfully completed economic or technical degree brings you with you and you want to start your career in a future-oriented environment.
• You have already gained initial experience with digital assets, for example with cryptocurrencies or tokenized financial products. You also bring interest and curiosity for the use of artificial intelligence and other future technologies.
• You have a passion for numbers, technology, and future technologies such as distributed ledger technology and are curious to continuously learn new things.
• Your analytical skills, your initiative, and your team spirit characterize you. You communicate clearly and appreciatively, work structured, and take on responsibility with pleasure.
• You are confident in using MS Office applications and use them purposefully to shape your work effectively.
