About the Position
Transaction Services Sales (Payments & Cash Management)
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Luxembourg, focusing on Payments & Cash Management within Transaction Services.
Responsibilities

Drive Commercial Growth and Client Profitability
- Generate new share of wallet with existing clients and acquire new clients
- Deliver on specific revenue targets and client profitability within ING’s risk framework and appetite
- Improve and maximize cross-buy of Cash Management solutions and other TS products

Manage Client Lifecycle and Sales Process
- Manage end-to-end the pre-lead, pitching, and proposal process in collaboration with colleagues
- Negotiate TS solutions and pricing agreements by balancing client expectations, cost of sales, and cost of service within ING’s risk appetite
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Ensure Compliance and Market Positioning
- Operate in line with KYC guidelines and requirements
- Contribute to credit approval processes including credit applications and risk management (financial and non-financial)
- Attend client events to position ING’s value proposition and stay informed on key market trends
Requirements

Education
- Higher education (Bachelor or Master’s degree) preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Finance

Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Cash Management Services or similar

Skills
- Good understanding of the Funds industry
- Strong commercial skills with proven ability to originate TS sales and a deep understanding of Cash and Trade solutions
- Knowledge of KYC processes, credit approval processes, risk management, and relevant legal and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and French
- Result-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to build trusted relationships, take ownership, and work effectively in a team
- Open and creative mindset with a strong willingness to learn in a changing environment
