About the Position

Transactions and Investor Services practice (m/f/d)

Roland Berger is looking for hires to our Nordic Transactions and Investor Services (TIS) practice, based in Stockholm.

Our TIS practice is the ideal place for professionals with a passion for M&A and to create value for investors. You will work closely with Private Equity and strategic investors in all stages of the investment process, from target search, M&A, due diligence, value creation, and exit.

If you have 2+ years of experience in CDD/CVDD, M&A advisory, or value creation, and are fluent in a Nordic language, we’d love to hear from you. Exciting challenges await you.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Private Equity and strategic investors in all stages of the investment process
• Focus on M&A, due diligence, value creation, and exit

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics/business and/or engineering, or equivalent
• +2 years of experience in Strategy consulting, Private Equity, Investment banking, or other relevant experience from M&A advisory
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including financial modeling
• Precision and open-mindedness
• Team player with good written and oral presentation skills
• Fluent in a Nordic language and English

Nice to Have

• Experience in CDD/CVDD
