We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to manage day-to-day cash and liquidity, debt administration, FX operations, and treasury reporting, while partnering closely with accounting and legal teams to ensure effective financial operations.

Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Management:

Perform daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and account sweeps across operational bank accounts.
Monitor group liquidity to optimize working capital and short-term liquidity needs.
Manage day-to-day banking relationships, account maintenance, and payment approvals.

Loan & Debt Administration:

Manage and administer simplistic internal and external loan portfolios (e.g., intercompany loans, bilateral bank loans, term loans).
Maintain loan schedules, calculate interest payments, and ensure timely principal repayments and drawdown requests.
Ensure compliance with basic loan agreements and covenants, coordinating tracking with accounting and legal teams.

FX & Operations:

Execute standard foreign exchange (FX) trades for currency hedging and operational liquidity.
Perform monthly treasury reporting, bank fee analysis, and cash flow variance tracking.
Partner with internal accounting teams to ensure proper treasury-related ledger entries and month-end reconciliation.

Requirements

What Success Looks Like

Prior experience in a dedicated treasury or corporate finance role.
Strong understanding of corporate cash management, basic loan mechanics (amortization, interest calculations, covenant monitoring), and banking systems.
Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite), and advanced Excel.
High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to operate independently without requiring direct daily oversight.
