About the Position
Playwing, an independent game developer and publisher founded in 2017, is seeking a passionate and highly organized UA Specialist to join our team. Our company focuses on producing high-quality cross-platform games, with operational offices in Bordeaux (France), Madrid (Spain), Bucharest (Romania), Sofia (Bulgaria), and Kharkov (Ukraine).
Responsibilities
- Managing the full user acquisition process for a mobile game.
- Planning and executing all UA campaigns across multiple mobile channels and ad platforms.
- Producing comprehensive UA reporting, analyzing ROI, and identifying new opportunities to acquire new users.
- Experimenting and analyzing campaigns for existing and upcoming games.
- Staying on top of industry trends and best practices across various marketing channels such as Facebook, Snapchat, or TikTok.
- Researching new UA channels, creative resources, and tools to streamline marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Strong experience in paid digital marketing and media buying (3+ years).
- Extensive knowledge of various mobile marketing channels such as Facebook and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on multiple channels.
- A strong customer focus and a keen eye for creativity that drives results.
- Excellent analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate and express yourself in English.
- Proactive attitude: a desire to suggest new ideas and take the lead on projects or explore opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Agency background or experience working with digital media agencies.
- Experience in SEO or ASO.
- Experience working on influencer campaigns or with influencers.
- Passionate about mobile games.
