UGC & Production Coordinator (eCommerce)

About the Position

We’re looking for a highly organized and creative UGC & Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our creative vision and flawless execution - managing user-generated content campaigns and overseeing production shoots for our brands.

Responsibilities

UGC Management

• Source and manage relationships with creators and influencers.
• Write clear briefs (or collaborate with creatives to develop them).
• Launch and oversee UGC campaigns on creator platforms.
• Handle product shipments, finances, and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the team.
• Stay on top of UGC and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Production Coordination

• Plan and organize shoots for our products - from small in-house projects to large-scale productions.
• Sometimes shoot content yourself using our equipment.
• Book and manage external talent (models, actors, makeup artists, stylists, camera crews, etc.) when needed.
• Coordinate with production houses and freelancers, ensuring budgets, contracts, and communication run smoothly.
• Create call sheets, maintain production schedules, and oversee on-set activities.
• Track and process all production-related expenses in collaboration with Finance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UGC management, influencer coordination, or production.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Confidence working with both creative ideas and operational details.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
