About the Position

UI & Interaction Consultant

We are looking for a talented UI & Interaction Consultant to join GFT Poland. You will support the design of modern digital banking experiences with a focus on mobile and responsive interfaces. You will work closely with senior designers and product teams to create intuitive solutions for investment-related features, contributing to a product built from scratch in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Design responsive web and mobile interfaces for digital products
Support creation of user journeys and flows for investment features
Contribute to design concepts, mockups, and wireframes during the discovery phase
Assist in building and maintaining design system components
Prepare visual designs aligned with brand and usability guidelines
Cooperate with product and development teams in an Agile setup
Participate in designing onboarding and investment journeys
Ensure consistency and usability across digital solutions
Support presentation of design ideas within the team

Requirements

Around 2–4 years of experience in UI or graphic design for web or mobile applications
Portfolio demonstrating interface design experience
Good knowledge of Figma and at least one Adobe tool such as XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Basic understanding of design systems and component-based design
Interest or first experience in UX design for financial or investment products
Basic knowledge of mobile app design and responsive design principles
Understanding of user-centered design approach
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly
Teamwork skills and willingness to learn
Responsibility for assigned tasks
Hybrid work in Warsaw (2 office days per week)

Nice to Have

Basic experience with financial or banking projects
Knowledge of investment products such as funds or stocks
Familiarity with Agile ways of working
Knowledge of Jira or Confluence
Interest in animation or microinteractions

We Offer

Type of contract: B2B contract
Salary range: 85 - 120 PLN/H
