About the Position

We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer (RPA) to join our team, where you will develop and maintain RPA automations using UiPath while working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assist end-users. This role involves collaborating with the team on the automation lifecycle, from development to ongoing support. Join us to drive meaningful automation projects in areas like Finance, HR, IT, and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business representatives to understand and document business requirements
  • Develop effective RPA automations in UiPath, focusing on reliable solutions
  • Perform testing and provide support for automations as part of the team’s workflow
  • Leverage.NET to customize UiPath functionalities when needed
  • Create concise technical documentation and basic user guides
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate stakeholder feedback
  • Help guide end-users in using newly developed automations

Requirements

  • Proficiency in UiPath with 2+ years of experience
  • Understanding of .NET fundamentals
  • UiPath RPA Developer certification
  • UiPath Infrastructure Training certification
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts
  • Experience contributing in a team setting
  • Fluency in English with a proficiency level of B1+ or higher

Nice to Have

  • Additional UiPath certifications
  • Familiarity with other Intelligent Automation tools
  • Experience in Finance, HR, IT, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sourcing & Procurement domains
