About the Position

We are looking for a Uitvoerder Bouw to join our team in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will be responsible for the daily leadership on the construction site, monitoring planning, quality, safety, and costs, and guiding subcontractors and site staff. You will be the point of contact for clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide subcontractors and site staff
• Serve as the contact person for clients and project teams

Requirements

• MBO- or HBO-degree in Construction Management
• Experience as a construction site manager or ambition to grow in this role
• Knowledge of construction processes and execution methods
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset
• Prioritizing safety and quality

• A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,200
