About the Position
We’re looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer who designs using AI tools (not just reads about them), and brings taste, brains, and ideas that improve how things work, not just how they look; and if you’re still not using AI at all - we’re probably not a match.
Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Look at what’s broken in usability and suggest smarter ways to fix it
- Work on products with multiple screens and real complexity (not just landing pages)
- Build wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that actually make sense
- Collaborate with the team and client to make the product better, not just “do your part”
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong Figma skills (auto layout, variables, plugins)
- You already use AI in your design process (UX Pilot, Lovable, V0, Galileo, Diagram, shadcn – or similar)
- You know your way around wireframes, prototypes, user flows, CJM, and IA
- Experience with both web and mobile
- You understand how users think and what makes interfaces work
- You care about details and can communicate your ideas clearly
- English – strong enough to actually work and communicate
