UI/UX Designer

About the Position

Kreatik is a strategic digital agency that creates digital products, web and mobile apps, and market entry strategies. We work with both small and large companies, including Eurocash, INEA, and Danone. We are a team of people who care about making our work meaningful and satisfying for both our clients and ourselves. We achieve this by managing our time wisely, setting ambitious goals, and providing constant feedback to all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Researching user needs
• Designing UX and UI of websites, web apps, and mobile apps
• Testing usability of digital solutions
• Designing and running design thinking/product discovery workshops
• Customer journey mapping
• Participating in the process of building digital product strategy
• Creating branding and promotional materials for products/brands
• Creating complex key visuals that support customers’ business
• Building useful graphics and presentations based on the newest trends
• Cooperating with development teams

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• A portfolio with exemplary case studies and projects
• Experience in designing websites, web apps, and mobile apps
• Ability to create mockups, interfaces, and prototypes using Figma
• Experience in solving user’s problems and customer path optimizations
• Ability to use tools such as Customer Journey Map or Personas in daily work
• Experience in using tools such as Hotjar or Google Analytics
• Knowledge of design trends (web/mobile/graphic)
• Great Adobe CC skills
• Experience in building full branding of a product/brand
• Immeasurable curiosity and ability to question the status quo
• Very good English and Polish both written and spoken
• Openness to foreign travels
