About the Position

We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join Kreativ, a strategic digital agency that creates digital products and market entry strategies for companies like Eurocash, INEA, and Danone. As part of the Altkom Software & Consulting group, we have expanded our capabilities and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Researching user needs
Designing UX for websites, web apps, and mobile apps
Testing usability of digital solutions
Designing and running design thinking/product discovery workshops
Creating customer journey maps
Participating in the process of building digital product strategy
Cooperating with UI and DEV teams

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
A portfolio with exemplary case studies
Experience in designing websites, web apps, and mobile apps
Ability to create mockups, interfaces, and prototypes using Sketch, Invision, UXPin, Figma
Experience in solving user’s problems and customer path optimizations
Ability to use tools such as Customer Journey Map or Personas in daily work
Knowledge of design trends (web/mobile)
Immeasurable curiosity and ability to question the status quo
Very good English and Polish both written and spoken
Openness to foreign travels

Nice to Have

Ability to design quantitative research and analyze its results
Ability to design and conduct qualitative research with users
Knowledge of workshop techniques and ability to use them in the design process
Ability to iterate using Design Thinking and Service Design methods
Knowledge of Adobe CC tools
