About the Position

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team at Musemind HQ. This role is on-site and offers a competitive salary with commission.

Responsibilities

Lead 1-3 projects independently across web, SaaS, and mobile, and contribute to at least 2 projects.
Collaborate with the Design Manager and presales team to understand client and user problems, and develop clear design plans.
Conduct UX research, information architecture, personas, and card sorting. Perform UX audits and review existing products.
Build and maintain design systems, mentor junior designers, and ensure clear handoff to developers.
Present designs to clients, both online and in person, and defend design choices confidently.
Drive accessibility, conversion rate optimization, and measurable design results.
Foster a strong team culture, celebrate wins, and provide steady support.

Use of AI Tools

Lead the team in using AI tools, test new tools, and set up AI workflows.
Automate repeat tasks using AI code tools and evaluate new AI design tools.
Train the team on advanced AI prompting and AI-assisted prototyping.

Requirements

Hard Skills (Technical)

Expert in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Advanced UX research and audits.
Conversion rate optimization, accessibility, and developer handoff.
AI workflow design and advanced AI prompting.
AI-assisted prototyping and AI tool evaluation.

Soft Skills (Behavior)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4 to 7 years of experience, including mentoring or leading designers.
Diploma in Graphic Design.
Recognized portfolio with measurable outcomes.
Clear track toward a Lead or Design Manager role.
