About the Position
Hey! We’re looking for a new team member to join our company!
At Lynksen, we’re a dynamic team working at the intersection of design and development - and right now, we’re preparing for a series of new web-based products and platforms. That’s why we’re on the lookout for a UI/UX Web Designer who’s ready to help us shape outstanding digital experiences from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and user-friendly website designs based on client and internal team requirements
- Design responsive layouts that work across devices and platforms
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and content creators
- Translate wireframes, mockups, and user flows into polished UI
- Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across projects
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web and interface design
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern web design work
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web usability
- Experience designing for both marketing websites and product interfaces
- Basic understanding of how designs are implemented in code (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Attention to detail and ability to work with design systems
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency in both written and spoken form
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with frontend teams on implementation
- Skills in motion design and prototyping (Figma, After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO and web accessibility principles
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
- Background working in Agile/Scrum teams
