Purpose of the Role

This role acts as a central point of contact and coordination between Bosch and the assigned OEM customer regarding customer requirements and sales-related activities. It focuses on ensuring smooth communication, efficient evaluation of needs, and strategic support.

Responsibilities

• Customer Requirement Management: Managing customer requirements.
• Project Coordination: Orchestrating tasks and resources to meet specific customer demands.
• Communication Hub: Serving as the primary conduit for official corporate responses to the customer.
• Query Resolution: Addressing questions from both Bosch employees and the customer regarding the status of requirement evaluations.
• Evaluation Facilitation: Evaluating incoming requirements, identifying and engaging the appropriate Bosch subject matter experts (SMEs) to evaluate these requirements.
• Strategic Planning & Documentation Support: Coordinating the creation and collection of various strategic planning documents.
• Sales Director Support: Providing diverse management support to the Sales Director.
• Customer Portal & Access Management: Maintaining Bosch account sales portal and managing access to various online portals for relevant Bosch personnel.
• Meeting & Agreement Coordination: Coordinating preparation activities for customer strategy meetings with the customer and organizing the review and approval process for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) specifically for customer's projects.

Requirements

• Studying for an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Business Management and required to take a placement as part of your course.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Tenacious approach to new challenges.
• Highly organized, with the ability to deal with multiple complex topics.
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing demands of the customer.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to make contacts and build networks.
• Knowledge of Bosch sales and marketing tools, Bosch process knowledge, business planning advantageous.
• Knowledge of Bosch product and services portfolio useful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
