Hägglunds, a part of Bosch Rexroth with a 60-year history, is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic drive systems and solutions. Our customers span industries such as recycling, sugar, and material handling. With our headquarters and main production in Mellansel, just outside Örnsköldsvik, we house all functions under one roof: from development and production to sales and service. Hägglunds employs around 600 people worldwide, with approximately 350 working in Mellansel.

Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, driving improvements, and seeing the results of your work in reality? As a Maintenance Engineer with us, you will play a key role in developing maintenance and enhancing operational reliability in a modern industrial setting.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer! This role is for someone who loves technology, problem-solving, and development and wants the opportunity to influence how we work with maintenance and reliability. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will become an important part of the technical function. You will have a varied role with many points of contact, working closely with maintenance and production and driving issues from idea and need to implemented solution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a stable and effective maintenance operation by driving, coordinating, and developing activities in the area.
• Develop work methods, routines, and support systems and contribute technical expertise in daily work and in various development initiatives.
• Participate in projects, investments, and improvement work to strengthen the long-term development of the business and create the conditions for safe, efficient, and reliable production.

You will collaborate closely with maintenance technicians, production, group managers, and other parts of the organization. The role also involves contact with external suppliers and partners and the procurement of spare parts.

Requirements

• Academic or equivalent technical education.
• Experience from industry and maintenance operations.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Technical interest, curiosity, and drive to develop.

Nice to Have

• Experience in maintenance operations, spare parts management, and SAP/PM.
• Experience with production equipment in cutting processing or equivalent.
