Unity Developer

About the Position

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer with an AI-first mindset to build next-gen gaming features. You will join a team of engineers building high-scale, real-time game systems, leveraging LLMs for complex logic, automating workflows, and using AI agents to continuously improve how we build.

Responsibilities

• Manage features from system design and data handling to production deployment.
• Design architectures and implement end-to-end client-side features, leveraging LLMs from day-to-day development processes up to system architecture.
• Use data-driven methods to resolve production issues and optimize performance across all devices.
• Manage the integration of native plugins and third-party services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong knowledge of an OOP language (C# or equivalent) and memory management.
• Proactive, self-driven, with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including its scripting APIs, profiling tools, UI, and animations.

Nice to Have

• AI engineering - Experience in building agentic & autonomous frameworks.
• Experience working in a high scale data driven environment - firebase, analytics, metrics etc.
