Unreal Engine Developer

About the Position

We’re looking for an Unreal Engine Developer to build realistic digital twins of schools and other public facilities for drone pilot training and emergency response simulations.

You’ll transform LiDAR scans, photogrammetry, drone imagery, and architectural data into interactive Unreal Engine environments, helping create high-fidelity training scenarios that mirror real-world locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital twin environments in Unreal Engine 5.
• Integrate and optimize LiDAR scans and drone-captured 3D assets.
• Build interactive simulation features using C++ and Blueprints.
• Optimize large environments for performance and visual quality.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, drone engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Unreal Engine development experience.
• Strong C++ and Blueprint skills.
• Experience building large-scale 3D environments.
• Familiarity with LiDAR or point cloud data is a strong plus.
• Experience with simulation, visualization, or digital twin projects is a plus.
