UX Researcher

About the Position

NovaPay, a part of the Nova Group of Companies, is expanding its team and is looking for a UX Researcher focused on conducting UX research. We expect you to engage in the existing design and research cycle and bring your own experience in UX research. Responsibilities

• UX design with a focus on research
• Planning research and building a Research Roadmap
• Owning all stages of user research: research design, recruitment, creating guidelines, conducting interviews, analyzing results, generating solutions, and presenting to the team
• Conducting various types of research: in-depth studies, usability, field research, quantitative UX research, etc.
• Active collaboration with the UX design and research team
• Continuous research of the competitive environment to identify trends and best practices
• Creating interfaces for mobile and desktop applications and websites based on the existing design system
• Presenting research results to the team and product owners

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative user research
• 1+ years of interface design experience
• Portfolio of cases with UX research and product design
• Understanding of data-driven, human-centered design approaches and a high level of empathy towards the user
• Ability to analyze and use the results of previous research
• Experience in advocating for the user and defending user-centered solutions to cross-functional teams
• Ability to generate hypotheses, find insights, and propose solutions based on conducted research
• Ability to present research results clearly and visually
• Thoughtful goal setting and task definition for research, understanding "why" and preventing "research for the sake of research"
• Deep understanding of research and data analysis methodologies and the ability to combine different techniques and frameworks
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Analytical thinking, ability to immerse and understand complex product processes
• Deep knowledge of Figma for creating presentations with research results and interfaces
