Responsibilities

• Forming profiles;
• Researching the market and creating a search strategy;
• Forming a long list;
• Conducting interviews and providing feedback to candidates;
• Forming candidate characteristics;
• Presenting candidates to the client and organizing interviews;
• Collecting recommendations;
• Forming and familiarizing candidates with the Job Offer;
• Conducting analytics on vacancies.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience of at least 6 months;
• Communicativeness, energy, and motivation to work;
• Desire to develop in the recruitment field;
• Responsibility and organization in work;
• English proficiency at the Intermediate level and above;
• Experience with various recruitment techniques;
• Experience in successfully closing vacancies.
