Vendor Coordinator

About the Position

Join Talabat as a Vendor Coordinator to manage non-food vendor operations, ensuring quality and satisfaction for our partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory for partners with daily updates; price updates, inventory updates, new SKUs, promotions, and catalogues.
• Monitoring pickers and orders.
• Responsible for setting up processes for manpower roster to ensure effective picker utilization.
• Administrative assistance to vendors; address vendor issues.
• Implement and execute promotions from the vendors on the platform.
• Help vendors familiarize themselves with internal tools and technology for optimized order processing.
• Improve vendor delay by working closely with partners to identify and solve key issues.
• Create, Train and Retrain partners on Pelican.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant.
• Customer Oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think logically and analyze data.
• Committed to your own performance and development.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Adaptability & Flexibility.
• Intermediate skills in Excel is a MUST.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-growing team and be a team player.
• Excellent command of spoken & written English language.
