We are seeking a skilled Vertriebsinnendienst Public Sector (w/m/d) to join our team in Dortmund, focusing on managing public sector sales and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the competent contact person for our customers at our Dortmund location within the ProVitako Cost Center team.
• Serve as the interface to other departments within our company and our manufacturer partners.
• Work closely with our account managers in the field.
• Take responsibility for existing framework contracts, ensuring that prices, durations, delivery times, and contract components are transparent and up-to-date.
• Handle the creation and active follow-up of offers as well as the prompt processing of orders.
• Maintain and deepen customer relationships.
• Build trust through binding communication, reliable feedback, and structured follow-up of open issues.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Initial experience in sales support paired with a passion for IT.
• You have a sense for the needs of our customers and are a reliable and appreciative team player (w/m/d).
• You bring a structured and qualitative approach to your work.
• Personally, we particularly appreciate your independent action even in stressful or critical situations.
