About the Position
Join our team as a Video Ad Creative Specialist (Creative Video Designer) to design engaging ad creatives for mobile games, working remotely with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop static and animated ad creatives for mobile games.
- Participate in creating creative concepts for A/B testing.
- Adapt creatives to meet the requirements of Google Ads, AppLovin, Facebook, and others.
- Visualize gameplay, UI, characters, and scenes in an attractive format.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and video production.
Requirements
- Experience in creating creatives for mobile games (especially in casual/puzzle genres).
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color.
- Ability to adapt style to different ad formats (especially for Google Ads and AppLovin).
- Portfolio with relevant examples.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Google Ads and AppLovin features and creative formats.
- Experience in 2D animation or motion design.
- Ability to use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.) for generating ideas, scenes, backgrounds, or quick mockups.
- Basic skills in 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D).
