Our client is a fast-growing US-based digital marketing agency that helps businesses - from local shops to SaaS and ecommerce giants - dominate search results with tailored strategies and a no-nonsense approach.
We're hiring a Senior AI Video Editor and Ad Creator to own the full creative execution behind our video ads. You'll be building AI-generated video content from scratch and also taking real footage and layering it with realistic animations and motion graphics that bring the message to life on screen.
You should already have a portfolio of AI-generated video ad work you're proud of, plus the editing skills to make anything you touch look premium and scroll-stopping rather than templated.
You'll also be posting the content you create to our social channels, so you're comfortable being part of how it reaches an audience, not just how it gets made.

Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-generated video ads from scratch when there's no existing footage to work from
- Edit raw footage into finished, professional ads
- Build custom animations and motion graphics that support the ad's story and message
- Add captions and get the pacing right for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Post finished videos to the company's social accounts to support organic reach
Required Qualifications
- Experience making AI-generated video ads and the ability to show real examples
- You can edit raw footage into a polished, professional ad: captions, pacing, transitions, sound
- Ability to build custom animations and motion graphics that support a video's message
- You're comfortable with AI video tools (Runway, HeyGen, Pika, Sora, etc.)
- Strong portfolio with real examples of this kind of work
- Full-time commitment with hours overlapping 12:00 PM–8:00 PM CET
- You're comfortable posting the videos you create to a company's social accounts
- Strong English
Preferred Backgrounds
- Experience working on paid or organic social ads and understanding what makes people stop scrolling
- Basic digital marketing or SEO knowledge
- Comfortable in After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut
- You've helped grow a social account, not just posted to one
We Offer
- Remote, full-time job, that's fairly compensated
- Working hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Central European time
- 15 paid days off total, which can be used for sickness or vacation
- The employer uses a time tracker to log hours (no monitoring of screen behavior or activity)
Selection Process
- Submit a portfolio with real examples of AI-generated video ads (AI avatars or digital clones) and examples of editing/elevating real footage
- 30-minute introductory interview
- Final interview with the CEO
