We are looking for a VIP CRM Team Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the VIP CRM team, including task allocation, priorities, and day-to-day workflow;
- Build and develop the VIP customer lifecycle across communication, promo, reactivation, and pre-VIP activities;
- Create promo plans and coordinate their execution within the team;
- Develop VIP segmentation and approaches for different player groups;
- Track CRM and financial metrics on a weekly and monthly basis and use them to decide which activities to scale, adjust, or stop;
- Review and improve existing CRM processes and team workflows;
- Coordinate CRM initiatives with Product, VIP Support, Content, Casino, and other teams;
- Research competitors and propose new CRM and VIP initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming;
- Previous experience managing a CRM or related team;
- Strong understanding of lifecycle communication, segmentation, retention, and promo mechanics;
- Experience working with CRM and financial metrics and using data to make business decisions;
- Ability to create and evaluate promo plans based on performance data;
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and how CRM activities impact product metrics;
- Experience working with CRM platforms and established CRM processes;
- Ability to independently identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive implementation;
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and other business teams;
- Intermediate English.
