VIP Manager (Day Shift 22:00–10:00 EEST)

About the Position

MOJAM is looking for an experienced VIP Account Manager who has worked with high-roller clients in the gaming industry. You will not only manage accounts but also handle your own portfolio of high-value players and be responsible for your results. You will build a long-term retention strategy and actively work on increasing the lifetime value of players. Does this sound like a challenge for you? Then check out the details below.

We are looking for a Day Shift VIP Manager who will provide 24/7 support for our top clients. Schedule: 2/2, 10:00–22:00 (EEST).

📍Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of VIP players and develop an individual approach for each
• Make independent decisions regarding personal offers and rewards within established limits. Only critical cases should be passed to the Shift Lead
• Monitor player activity and act proactively: notice changes in behavior, choose the right action, and implement it
• Be the first to contact players with offers, invitations to events, or just to check in. Don't wait for the player to write first
• Hand over to the night team so that nothing is lost: report on what happened, who needs follow-up, and what else remains open
• Quickly transfer technical questions and account issues to the Support team and keep the Product team informed about the problems your players most often encounter

🦸Your Superpowers

• 2+ years of experience managing your own portfolio of paid clients, at least 1 year in the high-value segment. Experience with VIP players in gaming is a strong signal, but a clear transition from Support or Account Management to VIP is also suitable
• You are used to your work being evaluated based on specific metrics. Retention, reactivation, deposit frequency, LTV are familiar metrics to you, and you understand how they affect the results of your portfolio. In your introductory message, name two metrics that you have personally managed to improve, and explain how you achieved this
• Practical experience with CRM and customer acquisition platforms (Customer.io or similar), ticketing systems (Intercom, LiveChat, Jira or similar), and analytical dashboards for segmentation
• You don't just answer questions but anticipate what the client will need next. The quality of communication is evaluated, so this is not just a nice-to-have
• Ability to make independent decisions in non-standard situations without waiting for approval and take responsibility for their results
• Advanced/Fluent English is required
