About the Position
Web Director（Webコンテンツディレクター）
We are seeking a Web Director to lead content strategy and performance optimization for our media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Content Planning and Production: Develop content plans leveraging the unique characteristics of each media genre.
- Growth Strategy: Formulate and implement growth strategies based on the characteristics of acquired media.
- Collaboration and Management: Coordinate with internal and external writers for content production and manage the production process.
- Quality and Performance Management: Ensure content quality, measure performance, conduct effectiveness evaluations, and propose improvements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console for data analysis.
- SEO and Engagement Strategies: Implement SEO measures and strategies to increase traffic and maximize engagement.
- Performance Optimization: Use BI tools for performance optimization and improvement strategies.
Requirements
必須要件 (Required)
- Web Media Content Direction or Production Management: At least 2 years of experience in content direction or production management for web media.
- Data Analysis and Improvement Proposals: Experience in data analysis and improvement proposals using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

- SEO and Keyword Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in SEO and keyword marketing.
- Multiple Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data Analysis with SQL or Python: Experience in simple data analysis using SQL or Python.
- Affiliate Media Management: Experience in managing or directing affiliate media.
