As a Werkstudent in Human Resources, you will support the management team in identifying, qualifying, and recruiting new talents and experts for OCM. Together, we will further develop existing concepts and increase our market presence to recruit the right employees for us.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and development of the selection and recruitment process
• Take responsibility for some of our business positions, including screening incoming applications and conducting the first interviews
• Identify and recruit potential talents through industry networks, active search efforts, and internal sources
• Strategically build and maintain a network of active and passive potential future candidates
• Assist in organizing recruiting events and meetups
• Help in staff development and organizing regular team events
• Actively use data to question and improve human resource processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field with availability for at least 9-12 months
• Enrolled as a full-time student throughout the duration of the Werkstudent position
• Ideally, you already have some experience in recruiting or another human resource function
• Passion for actively shaping a dynamic management consultancy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convince and inspire
• A true organizational talent and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Fluent in German and English
• You don't just admire problems; you prefer to tackle them actively and find solutions
