Responsibilities

• Support in advising and assisting customers via phone and email regarding hotel bookings
• Recording and maintaining customer data
• Assistance with daily tasks
• Handling customer requests and bookings

Requirements

• Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences
• At least 16 hours per week, preferably during off-peak hours (evenings), on weekends, or public holidays
• Initial experience in customer service
• Professional and friendly demeanor in telephone contact and confident use of PC and common software
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing – fluent English skills are advantageous
• High service orientation and teamwork skills
