Responsibilities

• Teamwork: You will be an integral part of the Automation Team from day one, working closely with AI experts, developers, and data scientists.
• AI-supported Process Improvement: You will analyze existing processes in product and operations environments, identify manual or inefficient steps, derive data-driven improvement suggestions, and drive AI-supported automation potentials.
• Creating Decision Bases: You will analyze process-related data, structure complex issues, and prepare solid decision-making bases for the Automation Team.
• Targeted AI Use in Automation: You will use AI/LLM tools to improve classifications, decision logic, and workflows, and optimize your daily work through the consistent use of AI-based tools.
• Measuring and Ensuring Quality: You will continuously analyze efficiency metrics, evaluate automation and error rates, and derive concrete action recommendations from the most important success metrics.

Requirements

• Strong Academic Background: Ongoing university studies with above-average performance, ideally with an economic, technical-analytical, or IT-related focus (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
• Analytical Thinking and Numeracy: You work structured, think in processes and KPIs, and enjoy analyzing and improving complex processes data-driven.
• Digital Process Thinking: You analyze complex processes structured, think in processes and systems, and develop scalable solutions.
• Curiosity about AI/LLM Tools: You actively engage with AI/LLM technologies and experiment with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable, or similar solutions both privately and in your studies.
• Drive and Communication: You work independently, structured, and clearly articulate your ideas, even when coordinating with IT and other stakeholders.
• Language Skills: You have excellent German language skills in speech and writing.
