Responsibilities

Support the implementation of AI-driven, automated processes in the IT Department and IT Support team
Serve as the central interface for AI projects at Communardo
Collaborate on topics related to the continuous improvement and automation of the IT tool landscape
Standardize workflows and create internal knowledge documentation
Develop and refine existing systems and processes within the IT Department

Requirements

Currently studying Business Administration, Information Security, Business Informatics, or a similar field (from the 2nd semester onwards)
Quick understanding of IT application workflows and functionalities
Affinity for structured methodologies and meticulous attention to detail
Self-directed and organized work approach
Excellent written and spoken German (C2) and good English skills (at least B2)
Basic knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2 and experience with Jira/Atlassian is ideal
Understanding of API interfaces and openness to AI as an opportunity
Initial experience in automating repetitive tasks
