Responsibilities

• Gain insights into the securities processing of an international financial services provider.
• Support the securities processing team in daily operations.
• Participate in the monitoring and reconciliation of internal clearing and inventory accounts for securities and cash positions.
• Identify and analyze differences in internal accounts and assist in their resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external market participants to address open issues.
• Assist in the processing and follow-up of securities processing events and ensure proper processing.
• Take on administrative and organizational tasks within the team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured approach.
• Meticulous, reliable, and self-motivated.
• High integrity and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and precise written expression.
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with high motivation.
