Junior System Administrator (Windows)

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior System Administrator (Windows) to join our team in Kyiv. This role is ideal for specialists with at least 2 years of experience, ensuring seamless IT infrastructure operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation and administration of IT infrastructure.
• Implementing new IT systems.
• Providing technical support to users. Performing maintenance tasks.
• Keeping operational documentation up-to-date.
• Developing structured documents (regulations, process maps, reports, etc.).

Requirements

• Experience of at least 2 years.
• Higher education.

Core Skills (Required)

• Knowledge of the principles of building corporate services based on Microsoft software.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems, Microsoft Office.
• Experience in administering AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, terminal services, print service.
• Experience in supporting users and configuring office equipment (computers, phones, printers, scanners).

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

• Experience in administering SharePoint, Exchange, Project Server, DPM, PKI, Manage Engine.
• Experience in administering Unix family OS and WEB servers.
• Knowledge of network design theory. Experience in administering Cisco equipment.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of virtual environments.
• Knowledge of project activities and ITIL.
• Basic programming skills.
