About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a Big Four professional services firm, and we are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Recruiting Consultant to join a short-term project.

The project focuses on the configuration and implementation of the Workday Recruiting module within the Workday HCM environment. In this role, you will work closely with the client and be responsible for configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting implementation activities.

This is a 6-week, fully remote project, offering an excellent opportunity to work directly with an international client in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Position: Workday HCM Recruiting Consultant

Location: Warsaw, Poland (100% remote)

Salary: 90-140 PLN/h

Start: As soon as possible

Contract: B2B, 6 weeks

Responsibilities

• Configuring and customizing the Recruiting module in Workday HCM according to the client's business requirements
• Working closely with the client to provide ongoing support and promptly resolve reported bugs
• Creating and performing unit tests to verify correct configurations
• Supporting end-to-end (E2E) testing processes during the implementation phase to ensure full module functionality
• Actively participating in implementation projects (Phase X), performing all necessary tasks related to Recruiting module implementation

Requirements

• Active Workday HCM certification
• Practical experience completing at least 3-4 successful recruiting projects
