What benefits will I receive as a GIZ employee in Germany?
- You will receive 13 months’ salary and be entitled to 30 days' annual leave (for a full-time position).
- Your working hours will be flexible and you will usually be able to work from home, enabling you to balance family and work responsibilities.
- As part of our commitment to helping employees fit their work around family life, we offer part-time employment models, company kindergartens at our Bonn and Eschborn locations, and parent/child offices at our Berlin, Bonn and Eschborn locations.
