About the Role

We are looking for a WORKING STUDENT HR to join our team in München, Bayern, DE. As a young, dynamic company, we establish ourselves in the market with consulting on equal footing and truly value-adding benefits.

As a WORKING STUDENT HR, you will support the management team in identifying, qualifying, and convincing new talents and experts of OCM. Together, we will develop existing strategies and strengthen our presence in the market to attract the right employees for us.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of the selection and recruiting process
• Take responsibility for some of our business positions, including screening incoming applications and conducting the first telephone interviews
• Identify and recruit potential candidates through active search efforts, industry networks, and internal sources
• Strategically build and maintain a network of active and passive potential future candidates
• Assist in organizing recruiting events and meetups
• Help in staff development and organization of regular team events
• Actively use data to challenge HR processes and increase efficiency

Requirements

• Student of Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable degree program with availability for at least 9-12 months
• Enrolled as a full-time student throughout the duration of the working student activity
• Ideally, you already have some experience in recruiting or another HR function
• Passion for actively shaping a young and dynamic management consultancy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convince and inspire
• A true organizational talent and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Fluent in German and English
• You prefer to actively tackle problems and find solutions rather than admire them
