About the Position
RetroStyle Games is a Ukrainian game art & game development studio with 15+ years of experience. We help gaming companies create strong visuals, develop our own projects, and actively experiment with AI in the team’s work.
We have a lot of hands-on experience and internal stories - about gamedev, AI, our team, processes, business decisions, and the studio’s day-to-day work. Right now we’re looking for someone who’ll help us pull strong ideas out of all this and shape them into content that’s genuinely interesting for people in the industry to read.
This role is about content production and ghostwriting. What matters here is working with ideas, the team’s expertise, notes, short formats, longer blogs, and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content at the intersection of GameDev, AI, tech, business, and team processes.
- Work with compact formats: post, hook, thread, short idea.
- Utilize AI tools for faster and higher-quality work.
Requirements
- An interest in GameDev, AI, IT, tech, or digital business.
- Good taste in professional content.
- The ability to write simply, vividly, and in a structured way.
- Experience with compact formats: post, hook, thread, short idea.
Nice to Have
- Experience with longer formats: articles, blogs.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
