FlexReality is a product-oriented IT company in the EdTech sector, specializing in virtual and augmented reality. Our product, AR Book, is a powerful tool and ecosystem for schools, teachers, and students, enabling the creation, execution, and analysis of lesson effectiveness. The system includes an AR app for students, a Teacher's Personal Account, a Content Marketplace, and a VR Lab.
The goal of AR Book is to enhance the educational process through innovative technologies, interactive content, and the use of virtual and augmented reality.

We are currently seeking a qualified Lawyer to provide reliable legal support for our company, oversee public procurement, and help the company scale safely in the Ukrainian and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Full legal support for the company's participation in public (government) procurements.
- Monitoring, preparation, formation, and submission of a complete package of tender documentation.
- Monitoring and support of educational subsidies and grants programs.
- Legal support of the company's ongoing activities, development, verification, and approval of contracts.
- Analysis of legislative changes in the procurement and IT sectors, minimizing legal risks.
- Interaction with customers, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Organization of product certification.
- Legal support for corporate changes and international structures of the company.
- Advising company employees on legal issues.
Requirements
- Higher legal education.
- 1 year of experience in public procurement.
- Practical knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" and related regulations.
- Successful experience in preparing and forming tender documentation.
- Experience in legal support of company activities and working with a large package of documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Developed skills in analyzing regulatory documentation, high attention to detail, and responsibility for results.
- Good self-organization, time management, and the ability to coordinate several parallel projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in English at B2 level or higher (for working with international structures).
- Interest in EdTech, SaaS, or IT products.
