Ми шукаємо Податкового юриста з великим досвідом у податковій сфері та солідним юридичним фоном. Ця посада в першу чергу зосереджена на податках, але також може стосуватися загальних юридичних питань у бізнесі. Ідеальний кандидат зручно орієнтується в складних податкових структурах та надає практичну юридичну підтримку в динамічному середовищі.
Обов'язки
- Аналіз та оптимізація податкових наслідків, включаючи CIT, WHT, PIT, податок на азартні ігри та непрямі податки;
- Податкове структурування локальних та транскордонних транзакцій;
- Співпраця з фінансовими, юридичними та регуляторними командами для вирішення податкових питань;
- Управління відносинами з зовнішніми податковими та юридичними консультантами, забезпечуючи високу якість підтримки в межах бюджету;
- Підтримка податкових перевірок та відповідь на запити податкових органів;
- Моніторинг законодавчих змін у міжнародному оподаткуванні та оцінка їх практичного впливу на бізнес.
Вимоги
- 5+ років досвіду в податковій консультації в межах Великої четвірки або репутабельної юридичної фірми;
- Диплом про юридичну освіту;
- Вільне володіння англійською (як письмово, так і усно);
- Сильне аналітичне мислення та здатність вирішувати складні податкові та юридичні питання;
- Проактивний, орієнтований на рішення підхід з вмінням мислити нестандартно.
Буде плюсом
- Досвід структурування транзакцій для компаній, що працюють за FSIE та подібними режимами;
- Глибоке розуміння коментарів до Модельної податкової конвенції ОЕСР та супутніх питань.
