About the Position

Ми шукаємо Team Lead of Digital Marketing для управління та оптимізації кампаній з придбання користувачів через різні канали в Києві з можливістю часткової дистанції.
Responsibilities
- Формування та управління ефективною командою Digital marketing.
- Наставництво команди щодо найкращих практик створення, управління та оптимізації кампаній в різних каналах (наприклад, Adwords, Facebook, мережі CPA, SEO).
- Управління та розподілення бюджетів для залучення користувачів для балансу між зростанням та експериментами з новими каналами. Основна мета: збільшити трафік з позитивним ROI.
- Моніторинг, вимірювання та формування звітності по кампаніям та ефективності каналів.
- Складання щотижневих/щомісячних/lifetime звітності з ключовими метриками.
- Взаємодія з продуктовою командою.
Requirements
- 3+ роки досвіду розробки та реалізації user acquisition кампаній за допомогою різних каналів (досвід в SEO та PPC є обов’язковою вимогою).
- Досвід найму, розвитку високоефективних команд.
- Досвід управління бюджетами, звітність за результатами роботи та прогнозування майбутнього пливу.
- Досвід з А/В тестами та оптимізацією кампаній.
- Досвід із СРА мережами.
- Аналітичний склад розуму.
- Англійська мова – upper intermediate +.
