Наша Help Desk команда надає допомогу працівникам компанії та досліджує повідомлення про помилки. Ця команда є ключовим пунктом, через який надходять усі проблеми та помилки, і вони тісно співпрацюють з розробниками для вивчення проблем та визначення способів їх вирішення. Для цієї команди ми шукаємо сильного менеджера/керівника команди, який буде контролювати всі етапи робочого навантаження та правильно розподіляти пріоритети.
Обов'язки
- Управління командою help desk та оцінка ефективності
- Забезпечення своєчасної та точної підтримки бізнес-користувачів (внутрішньої) щодня
- Надання навчання та введення в роботу користувачів
- Розробка та впровадження політик та процедур
- Розробка щоденних, щотижневих та щомісячних звітів про продуктивність команди help desk
- Вирішення будь-яких технічних та організаційних питань
Вимоги
- Хороші навички спілкування англійською мовою - рівень Upper-intermediate та вище (розмова та написання)
- Технічна освіта (Комп'ютерні науки, Інформаційні технології або суміжна галузь)
- Не менше двох років досвіду роботи в ролі Менеджера Help Desk або Керівника технічної підтримки команди (мінімальний розмір команди - 5 членів) – постійне вдосконалення процесів команди, SLA, використання трекера завдань, звіти команди, тощо
- Сильний технічний/навички усунення несправностей, пов'язані з різними проблемами Backend / Frontend / Продукт
- Досвід роботи з Google Analytics та платними потоками трафіку (джерела трафіку / трекери / конверсії / webhooks / тощо)
- Високий рівень відповідальності
