Responsibilities

Coordination of ongoing projects
Organization and follow-up of tasks, deadlines, and milestones
Supplier management and coordination of external service providers
Coordination with shipping companies, airport/aviation service providers, and other partners
Organization of test and project scenarios in the drone environment
Interface management with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge transfer on export topics and consideration of relevant country lists

Requirements

Must-haves

Experience in project coordination / operational project management
Experience in the drone environment
Experience with export topics or export of war/armament goods
Experience in supplier and service provider management
Proficient use of MS Office / Outlook
Good knowledge of German and English

Nice-to-haves

Knowledge of relevant export regulations and country lists is advantageous
Experience in the defense, aviation, or space sector
