About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with experience in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes to join our team in Eschborn, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Development and operation of an internal platform landscape.
• Creation of IaC solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Expansion of CI/CD processes and toolchains.
• Introduction of self-service deployments and Kubernetes standards.
• Securing the platform in terms of security and compliance.
• Optimization of resilience, performance, and operational processes.

Requirements

Must-haves

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung as Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or SRE.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Cloud-Plattform, idealerweise AWS.
• Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (insbesondere Terraform).
• Fundierte Kubernetes- und Container-Erfahrung.
• Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Prozessen und Git-basierten Workflows.
• Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Logging, and Observability-Lösungen.
• Gute Scripting- oder Softwareentwicklungskenntnisse (bevorzugt Python).
• Kenntnisse in Cloud Security (IAM, Secrets Management, Verschlüsselung etc.).
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Nice-to-haves

• Azure-Erfahrung.
• TypeScript- oder Java-Kenntnisse.
• Erfahrung beim Aufbau interner Developer-Plattformen.
• Kenntnisse in Azure AI, Data Platforms, Event-Driven Architectures, oder API Management.
